Doing this today with mrs nepas help. Amish Style.
I did the chicken, wife is doing the reast, potatos, dumplings (Lancaster County, PA Amish style) seasoning and stuff. I'm going to kick mine up with some hot sauce ;D

Love the poconos!! Mount Airy Lodge...ah...when I was young!!! My best friend in college (and now) lives in Ardsley PA...She's a hoot!!

A tummy teaser as usual nepas. Looks fantastic.
AAAHH...Mt. Airy...the casino...sounds very familiar....(you would have to agree Nepas!!) Honestly those dumplings look awesome...I'm drooling...are they puffy and fluffy? Or a little denser (I happen to like them that way) so you get a little texture...Hubby is puffy and fluffy guy...he calls his dumplings "baby's heads" (the Brits may find that familiar) he makes them the size of softballs!!

Yeah LQ they are kinda dense, she dont make fluffy dumpling.
