Title: Chicken bobs

Smoked chicken breast for 1 hour then skewerd up with red, yellow, green pepper and purple onion and some red taters, then into the rotissere for about another 1 hour

He hasn't gone into the light yet...he still thinks he's dead from getting hickory...he'll come around....they always do...  ;D
