Place 2 boneless chicken breast in a glass baking dish. Add 2 cups of water to this. Smoke @ 250 with 2 or 3 pucks of your choice. After smoke you can keep in smoker @300* or oven and cook until chicken is done. Drain any water from the dish.
After chicken has cooled shred to make 2 cups.
Here is what you will need for the dip.
2, 8 oz packs of shoftend philly cream cheese
3/4 cup tabasco (or any other brand hot sauce)
1 cup hidden valley ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of the chicken breast
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar, hot sauce and the smoked chicken together. Place in 9x9 glass baking dish and bake @350* in oven for 30 mins.
Eat with chips or dry crusty bread ;D or whatever you like.
