Have 2 large pork spare ribs coated right now. going in the smoker in the morning ;D oak and hickory mix.

thoes look like my ribs..... looks in my fridge... shoot i stilll have mine

are you useing my recipe nepas?

looks great anyway... remember low .. long and slow...and cant forget the hickory

Here are the ribs, got some sauce on em, being foiled and going back in for another 45 mins. They almost broke apart on me.
