5 Lbs of GM jerky. This is 85% lean, 15% fat.

This is the GM before the marinade.

Here is my homemade stuff. 1/2 cup of my liquid (no liquid smoke) 1/2 teasp cure, 1/2 cup of my dry.

Here is the GM al mixed. Going in the fridge until tuesday morning.

Going to smoke @170* with 4 pucks of hickory.

Leaving for florida n thursday morning.

Couldnt wait for tuesday so i got the GB jerky going now  ;D
