Title: Eye of round roast

4.5 lbs eye of round roast

After 2 hours smoke and 4 hours total in the smoker

Cubed up and pasted with tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, worchestshire sauce salt and pepper

Out of the oven 4 hours at 250

Served over fried rice!

When I get an Eye of Round, it is _round_, or more like a cylinder . Did you butterfly that one ?

I usually use eye of round for jerky.

FL I didn't butterfly this one, butcer did already, and since I was gonna cube it up worked out dandy! (oh and 1.99 lb didn't hurt either!)
