Title: Smoked Pepper Jack
Post by: Tenpoint5 on October 21, 2008, 05:01:07 PM
Dinking around in the garage today so I threw some Pepper Jack cheese ends and pieces in the smoker and gave em 2 hours of maple. Tasted great right out of the smoker. Cant wait to taste after a night in the fridge wrapped in plastic. (Can tell the color better if you look in the lower right corner where the mouse attacked)

Looks great 10.5, we're finally getting our first cold front not quite time for cheese smoking (but I'm so ready!) and some salmon (and once again, I'm so ready!)....Gotta love that pepper jack, and you used 2 hours of mes......oh dang it says maple!   ::)
