We were supposed to be on the road this morning to florida. My wifes work calls and asks if she can work till noon (triple Gov time ;D) Ahhh go ahead cuz grampy needs to make dogs for grandaughter. 40 mins of smoke and 60 mins of heat.

I smoked some hot dogs on the 4th of July and the outcome was not good. After seeing yours I will give it another try.
Hey all! Mr. and Mrs. Seemore here! Smoked hot dogs are good! Last summer we wrapped bacon around some and smoked them. What a taste treat!
Seemore - I haven't had those since I was a kid! We used to wrap bacon around a hot dog and cook them over the campfire. We called them "squeelin' weenies" I have to try them again!
