Title: venison roast

anyone have a good venison roast recipe or a link for a previously posted one? thanks in advance for any help!

thanks for the reply gizmo, i did find some recipes with a search, will be smoking later today, tis the venison time of year here in michigan, have 3 in da frezzer already.

yum, this turned out way better then i thought it would, after overnite in fridge with rub,i placed bacon on top and cooked for 6 hrs at 200 , i smoked it for 3 hrs at the same time, it came out moist and tender. theres is no way you could tell it was venison, dbs sure has been worth the money i spent on it, regards terry
