I saw that this morning. Glad I live in Pasco. We have Withlachoochie River Electric Cooperative. Bills are somewhat lower and at the end of the year with get dividends.

Sometimes it's nice to live in the middle of nowhere next to a Corps of Engineers Dam...up off the flood plane, of course! $0.075 per kWh -- I think that's our rate...haven't checked lately, but it is not too bad.
