Title: Interesting Fatty Recipe
Post by: Smokin Soon on November 15, 2008, 04:18:32 PM
This looks like it might be worth a try! Has anyone done anything like this?

I don't know what to make of it yet. I'm sure it's worth a try. Maybe after grinding mixing in some pastrami spices minus the cure would add the pastrami taste to it. Something to think about.

I had to put down a drool mat on the floor under my desk, tile gets too slippery. Now we need to know how the "King of all Fatty's" rates the taste!

If recipes are made by members and submitted they can be added to the recipe site. Or if members have tried someone's recipe and recommends them to me; I will coordinate with the author and add that recipe to the site. Or if I see a lot of interest in a particular recipe I will send a PM to the author. Such as I am about to send NePa a PM on his Tasso recipe, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

That looks great sliced up like that. Care to share the recipe???????????//

Do you eat them like that or perhaps fry them up first. I tryed some last year from a recipe on site, perhaps that was the same recipe, but mine did not look at all like yours on the inside. Perhaps I just over cooked them. I am salivating after looking at yours.

I eat em plain like this or on ritz and crumble em into various dishes. I think me and hillbilly are related cuz we do the same with em  ;D

My recipe for em are on the forum somewhere.
