I have been wanted an OBS for years and I finally stepped up to the plate and bought one. I can't wait to use it this weekend. How can someone be so excited about smoking meat?

Welcome Bluebi11....gotta agree with the duck...the unit gives you a chance to be creative...however you want!!! Start easy...then go for it...lots of recipes floating around for stuff you never even considered smoking...it's pretty kool!! :)
