Went grocery shopping last night and ran across some raw brazil nuts so I took some home. I oiled them with olive oil then salted em and smoked em for 3 hrs @ 220 with alder. They crisped back up after cooling. Good God almighty!!! Everyone that trys them puts in an order!!
Can I place a long distance order?
I smoke planters dry roasted p-nuts for 40 mins, bring to room temp after smokin then add 1 T of bbq sause, toss em around to coat......mmmmmmmm
