Title: Snack Sticks Again
Post by: NePaSmoKer on December 07, 2008, 03:14:54 PM
Have 5 lbs of Landjaeger re-mixed. Going to stuff in 32mm hog casings and press them flat to 1/2" I used my meat mixer on this for evenness. Going to get heavy smoke so they get dark.

2.5 lbs are going to my wifes christmas party on a snack stick/cheese platter  ;D The other 2.5 lbs might make it to calif with me (fingers X'ed) If not i will make teriyaki sticks to bring.
