Title: Bad temp controller?
Post by: hlb3 on December 08, 2008, 09:21:03 AM
I just bought a new original Bradley Smoker, I went to turn it on, I started to slide the lever and the indicator light does not come on at all until it is less than 1/4" from the end on the right. When it is all the way to the right it heats up, but if I move it left at all it shuts off. I'm guessing that it isn't normal and something is wrong, but I would like a second opinion before I bug Bradley for new parts... Thanks!

Oh and I put my hand around the light so it was completely dark, so I know for sure that the light doesn't come on until almost all the way to the end...
