Title: Jan,s Rub
Post by: car54 on December 11, 2008, 02:50:24 PM
About six months ago someone posted a recipe for Jan's Rub. I did a search and can not find it.  I am sure some one on the forum can help me find it.

Thanks, Brad

Car54,
I was the the guy who posted the original recipe for Jan's Dry Rub.  My wife Jan and I tweaked on that recipe before we decided it was worthy of posting.  Good on ribs and pork loin but in my opinion absolute killer on chicken.

It's on the recipe site.  By the way FLBR, thanks for the endorsement.

Kynola's rub is good.

I have even been known to mix it in with fattys from time to time  ;D
