Post by: lumpy on December 12, 2008, 11:06:37 AM
My dealer gave me a box of Crown Royal and Jack Daniels pucks.
Has anyone used any of these yet?

Nope...not yet Lumpy.  Just got the Jim Beam bisquettes and looking forward to using them.  Yardandpool.com just got them in not too long ago if you're interested.

Not sure what to use them on..........meat or fish. I'm kinda thinking that they might be too strong for fish (salmon).
But ya never know when it comes to smoking.

I would tend to use on meat as I believe they're all oak with the flavoring.  I might give it a try on fish though.
