This smoking "Addiction" like other addictions is mighty costly.
Started with a smoker, then a rolling tool box base to sit it on, I just keep on buying things. Dehydrator, meat grinder, sausage stuffer, slicer, PID, spices, cures, containers of all sorts, scales, refrigerator for the garage to avoid filling the kitchen unit with curing meats, meat waiting to be ground, casings, etc. Yesterday, I broke down and ordered a thermopen to go with the TWO Maverick 73's I already have. Now, all I hear is how you are are talking about the Big Easy and Bradley has come out with their "Cold Smoker" box.
There is no hope folks. There is no 28 days program to help us. As if we really want help. The only salvation is that my family and friends sure are enjoying a lot of good things to eat.
