Title: ABBREVIATIONS for the Newbies

Just thought we should have a thread to let them know what some of the abbreviations we use all the time are. So they ain't scratching their heads wondering what we are talking about. Add more

CYM = Cheap Yellow Mustard
VCB = Venison Canadian Bacon
IT    = Internal Temperature
BB  = Boston Butt/ Pork Shoulder
