Canada Post runs a program every xmas whereby they have volunteers write return letters to kids who mail a letter to Santa. I saw a news item today that broke my heart. Mixed in among the requests for video games and Lulu lemon gear are letters from kids who are asking Santa for the safe return of their mother or father serving in Afghanistan. Let's hope Santa's listening and the kids writing these letters get their wish...
