Title: Smoked tater skins

Tater baked for about an hour @ 425 degree oven, let cool for a bit than halved and scoop the middle out leaving about 1/4 inch of meat

Smoker preheated to 220, smoke for 1 hour, then quarter the halves

Heat some oil in your skillet and fry unitl golden brown

Top with cheese, jalapenos and anything else ya have laying around pop into pre-heated oven till the cheese melts

I luv tater skins. I usually shake them in a bag of melted garlic butter & chives then into the oven. I never thought about giving them some smoke. Great idea!
