Gator Cheesecake?
I have had that once.  For the dessert folks, Gator cheesecake is more like a quiche and not a desert.

Have a great time!  Only had the pleasure of New Orleans once but it was a trip to remember.  We hit the mudbugs hard.  We went to a very fine restaurant where a group of very happy ladies offered to show my wife how to suck the head, very hard to persuade them that she already knew how and with bigger bugs than we were ever served in New Orleans!
