I'm not sure this will help or not but here is a link. Just scroll down the page to the B's and there is about 20 different recipes for "Boudin".

OMG  Just peeked at this site.  Now I'm gonna go crazy!  I have neither the time nor the space in my 4" 3 ring binder to hold this many more recipes!!!

There outta be a law against the tempters of this site!  Too many sausage recipes - too little time.  OH my head hurts.  I'll have to carve out some time to print these out also.  Have already printed wedliny's and Poli's although, I noticed that he had updated and added quite a few more though.  Thank you for the info Mike
