just an update for everyone ... we have found a home that we are making on offer on in O.C. about 2 miles from where we did live.. it is a larger home and larger property the whole family likes the home.. bad thing is that we are leaving the neighborhood that we have been in for nearly 30 years. along with our friends and neighbors, 2 miles is still colse enough to go visit when we want.
like we all know once we get settled in we slowly loose touch with neighbors and friends... hopefully that wont happin..am planning to stay in touch with as many as i can
thanks to everyone here
Beefmann
Hey, that's great Beefman!
I'm sure it will be nice to finally get settled into the new place to call home. It's been a long road but the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter! ;)
Mike
Great news Beefman!
Hope everything goes smooth with the sale and you are in soon making new friends with lots of beef roasts! :)
Deb
thanks and hope to be making new friends at my new location... crossing my fingers
Quoteabout 2 miles from where we did live.
You will not lose friends... shoot I got friends that live 1000 miles away, but we still stay in touch.
Hey beefman, Best of luck, you'll do just fine. :)
Like you wont attract any new friends when you start handing out Bradley samples. You will fit in just fine Beefman. The good friends will keep in touch even if you move, if they don't then they was just eating your food.
I agree with 10.5.......once the Bradley gets rolling, you'll have more friends than you'll know what to do with......the other ones will come running from 2 miles away once they catch wind of that light blue smoke ;D
Glad to here things are working out for you!

That's great to hear beefmann!

Things are looking up beef! Congrats and good luck!

Congrats and good luck on your new home purchase! I hope everything works out well for you.

Congrats on the new igloo Beef! Lots of new friends and new adventures in store for ya. My experience in moving between Alaska and America (several times!) is that distance doesn't separate FRIENDS, just acquaintances. I really wish my closest grandkid wasn't 3604 miles away (working on that!) but all the really good friends (and family) have not allowed distance to separate our friendships, especially with us having been blessed with a boat and "extra" log cabin... ;) ;D Smoke may not be the glue to hold friends together (outside this forum!) but it sure helps attract lots of new potential buds....
thank you all.. and all my friends in the neightborhood are concerned for me and my family and are glad that everything is moving forward. it goes to show where good friends are along with good people and friends here on the bradley forum.
Hope everything works out and you be settling in soon.
That's great news Beef! I bet you and family are ready to get back to a normal life. I cant really fathom the uprooting you have gone through. Hope the new diggs make it somewhat worth it!
SS.. the new diggs will be more then worth it.. considering that the old digs is a 1500 sf home and 6000 sf lot built in 1964 compared to the new diggs at 2400 sf home and 7600 sf lot and built in 2003 ... now we will have leg room and am planning to have 2 german shepard puppies if and when we get this home
Sounds like a good set up for So Cal Smoke out 3 when you get settled in. :D
Best wishes with your new digs and neighbors.
giz... giz... giz.. Great idea... :D :D :D :D
Very good news Beefmann! You will make new friends, and keep the old friends as well. Maybe you won't see the old friends as often, but you can call them, email them, and no doubt the aroma from your smoker will head their way..... ;)
Well done Dale...would love to hear how it worked out... :)
good luck beef...
Great news Beef! Glad things are seeming to be working out, and glad it seems that they are doing right by you!

Glad to see things a moving along well. I'll be waiting for the pup pics. :) :)
That's great to hear beef! However, with that type of room, 3 puppies would fit rather easily ;D
I'm glad everything seems to be working out!
