Title: Anybody ever heard of Lop Yuk ? ( Chinese Bacon)

That looks pretty good.  If I read it correctly, it seems more like a bacon that compliments other foods rather than a bacon that stands by itself.  Is that the way you read it?

Gotta give that a try.  Maybe add a little five spice powder to move it in the direction of Lop Cheong which I love.

When I was in college, I loved Char Su Ding................but she didn't know anything about bacon  ;D
