When you open the reply window do you see the Spell Check button? If so does anything happen when you click on it?

Thanks Brian.
I'm tired of cutting and pasting into word to spell check then copy and paste back into the message.

Thanks Mike.  I have been back for a couple of weeks now, but have not had time to get on the forum.  Trying to catch up on the reading.  With the volume of members we have now, it is a chore.

God knows I love spell check and He also knows that my brain slips into profane mode occasionally but I wish His Tech Rep on the forum wouldn't automatically substitute a "0" every time I spell a word on the "Bad Turtle! Bad! Bad! Bad!" list.  I don't mind not calling someone an a**hole (it comes out 0hole), but it kind of gets to me that I have to ask for "help" instead of "a**istance" (that would be 0istance). Granted, the list isn't very extensive, but it kind of irritates me that it's there at all.  For those of you who remember them, I tried George Carlin's famous 7 words and only got shut out on 2.5 of them.

Ka Honu

Its not the spell check that does that. That word is on the censored word list.
I changed the censored word list so that one should not happen anymore.

Brian,

Just for kicks and giggles, you should put "Bacon" on the censored word list (maybe just for a weekend) and see what happens.  I assume you might get the same response that you would if you put "Mesquite" on that list.  WTS, that one's for you.   ;D ;D ;D
