Title: Daisy Ham - need recipe for
Post by: HCT on January 14, 2009, 11:39:28 AM
Okay, it's called smoked pork butt, daisy ham and so on.......
I know it just has to be trimmed, rolled, tied and cured. But I would like some input if anyone has ever made it before and how they went about it. Hab's, I think I'm counting on you for this one. :D :D :D

I can't help you out much on this one. I've never made one, and this is the first I have heard of it. By checking the ingredients on the ones that are sold on line, it seems to cured like fresh ham. So I would cure it, and smoke it like I would fresh ham.
