Post by: westexasmoker on January 14, 2009, 07:58:26 PM
Prime rib steak with black pepper, smoked 1 hour and then onto the grill and covered in butter...Baked tater with butter, cheese, jalapenos and mesquite smoked bacon!

Very tasty looking,
Sure beats the Chinese shrimp and chicken stir fry I made tonight.

Looks great WTS!

I should know better than to look at a WTS post before dinner!

WestTexas, that makes us both hungry, and we just had dinner.
Now MR. Seemore is complaining that I have never put jalapenos on his baked potatoes.....guess I'll have to start doing that from here on out.....

Seriously, that prime rib looks outrageous!!!

WTS,

What flavor bisquette did you smoke the prime rib with?   ;D ;D ;D  Seriously though..., I'm not usually a big prime rib fan, but that looks awesome.  I love the more char-broiled look of the outside.  How was the inside?  Rare, Medium, ??

Nice Job!!!
