Is buckboard bacon the same as hillbilly bacon? I searched on the recipe site for buckboard bacon but found nothing. If it is not the same thing could someone point me in the right direction to get a buckboard bacon recipe?

Yes, they are the same. Though there is a variety of recipes out there; buckboard bacon is generally made from the boston butt.
