Title: Smoked Cat

fish that is!  ;D  Lots of black pepper, smoked for 1 hour @ 220

Wrapped in foil with a splash of lemon and lime juice then plated with asparagus and cheesy rice

One of my favs.  Thanks for the pics.  Did some a couple of months ago with a limey marinade that contained green chilis, onions, and cilantro.  Pretty good!

I like a good catfish.....unfortunately, I'm the only one in the family that likes fish.  I think the more you keep posting these pics, WTS, the better chance I have of switching them over  ;D

Looks really good, unfortunatly over here in the scandinavian we dont posess cat, we got mauth but it is endangered, a large 600 lb otherwise fish :) smoke that :):)

Fish in stores here is extremley expensive and the wife dont enjoy it, so it is just in the summer for me and the kids to bask in sun and fish :)

When the lord created my wife, he said ....no fish :)

I have to admit i am jealuos of that species though.....looks very tasty.

How'd I miss this thread?  ;D  I was smiling all the way to the tag line.  If I were a fish, I'd be in the brine already...  waiting for the cold smoke.
