Did some beef ribs...all rubbed up

And a few hours later, time for some FTC

Boneless chicken breast and thighs, rubbed

After 1 hour smoke, time for some sauce and 1 more hour smoke

Then after about 30 minutes in the BE, and waiting for dinner time

Nice looking Beef ribs WTS.  The ribs at the store in my parts wouldn't make good soup bones!  I keep telling the butcher ribs are supposed to have meat on the bones but he just doesn't get it.
