IF you have to order online buy from chez bubba, he has them instock and will ship out next day, all the other places dont have them instock and you will have to wait longer for them. but you said your local store has them? buy from them then you dont have to pay for shipping.

My local stores don't carry the bisquettes, so I order mine from Chez. If you order them in large enbough quantities, the prices are very competitive and the service is top-notch. Also, you can get the 60 bisquette variety pack and experiment with some different wood flavors without buying a 48-pack of each.

Get both the variety back and the Bubba pack, the Bubba pack will give you the woods that are missing in the variety pack. That will give you a sampling of all the woods, pick your fav's and then get the big packs of those.
