Title: What is Pork Cushion?
Post by: Smokin Soon on January 24, 2009, 03:17:53 PM
I was at the local asian market picking up some ribs today, good price 1.49 a pound and very fresh. This place sells so many spareribs, they dont even package them. I noticed a cut of pork called "pork cushion".
It looked to be very lean like a pork roast. I see that it is a part of the shoulder, but did not see any visable fat.
