Welcome Shasta Bob,
What part of the seal is not sealing? Is it bent or kinked in that area?
Try getting the Bradley up too temperature and try to force it to seal if it is kinked and keep it running for a few hour.

If it doesn't help call up Bradley because it is still under warranty.

Bob

Because your unit is still under warranty I would definitely give Bradley a call. They will make it right for you.

Having said that an important thing to do after every smoke is to wipe down the door seal and the mating surface. If you don't the seal will stick to the cabinet and damage the seal. I just use a rag with Mr Clean on it after a smoke and give it a good wipe and I've never had a problem.

Definitely give Bradley a phone call, you may have to change the seal.

Welcome Shasta Bob! As Mike said, wiping the seal and cabinet frame after each use goes a long way in preventing sealing problems (I use mild dish soap/water solution).

Does the "Shasta" in your handle mean you're from "way up NorCal"? I grew up on our ranch in the shadow of Mt Shasta.....
