It is obvious that this deer was not wearing a seatbelt!

I recently saw some pretty incredible pics of a car vs moose episode. Incredible, because the driver only had a broken wrist & minor contusions. The car, on the other hand...[:0]
I'll have to see if I can remeber where I saw them.

I will never view road kill the same again.
This is just a thought here. One of the sad (I mean very SAD), is that I have to revue real carnage (Vehicle v. Human) on a regular basis. Not to get into it, but there are several issues that don't add up with this. I do beleive the the doe hit the windsheild but I think it may have been a bit, touched up as we say to make it a little more graphic. Just a thought. The velocity of the blood by itself as shown would make you think thcar was going 120mph. If that was the case there would be other issues with this accident.
OK I will take off my Work hat and leave Newton's second law alone and put on my Smoking hat(a Green Bay ball cap to be exact)I like it better anyway.

Hey Mallard,
What do you do that required you to do review the carnage?
I do the fire/emt thing by night and have often had to play 'Find the missing Body Parts ..'

I also believe that these pictures are touched up. If you look at the drivers seat, all you see are platters, even where the driver was sitting.

I help reconstruct accidents involving cars, trains and truck/tractor rigs. Mainly for insurance and construction companies. If it gets to us, it is usually in this category.
