1.5 lb sirloin steak smoked for an hour

Then ground up and into the stock pot to brown

Next add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 cup water, 2 cloves garlic, parsley, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, sugar and 2 bay leaves bring to a boil then simmer for at least an hour.

Boil up some pasta, and plate covered with parmesan and crushed red pepper

The smoke and grind idea sounds great.  How well did the smoke flavor transfer?
BTW, the dish look de-lish.

Giz, came across pretty good..it smelled amazing browning up...I'm thinking just a smidge more smoke, maybe 30 minutes or awhole hour but maybe at a lower temp.
