Looks good so far NePas!  ;)

I posted this at the bottom of a post a while back... funny thing was nobody caught it, especially WTS.  :D

PS - I'm whispering this...
I used mesquite on the ribs, In fact I tried it on some Canadian bacon last week and loved it... go figure!  ::)

That's quite a yummy-looking meatloaf!  I've mesquite'd a couple of meatloafs too and they were mighty tasty.  WTS is right  about the addictive powers of mesquite.

You'd better give Kiki some, Nepas, or she'll be biting your ankles all night!  Meatloaf looks really good!

Curious
How long? What temp?
The family loves meatloaf, I have thought about smoking it but didn't know how to go about doing it.
It does look tasty!

The meatloafs were done in my Traeger so the smoking/cooking time is different than my Bradley.

I have done meatloafs in my OBS. The time was 1 hour of smoke @190* then i bumped the heat to 225* no smoke until the IT of the meat was @ 160*

SB  Of you can search, look up "Ain't your Momma's Meatloaf" on the boards.  Its a recipe from "Smoke and Spice" for a smoked meatloaf.  Its excellent with the bradley.  We do it often and love it. No changes from the recipe other than using Ice's sauce at the end.

Of course you can do most any meatloaf in the bradley, just make sure its a little moist recipe.  It can dry out some in the smoker.
