hello, just a beginner question....about them smoke puks......I find that if I want i minimal amount of smoke I have to open the door every 20 minutes. Can I stack 2 on top of each other? And also I find when they are advancing automatically all the puks are in contact so they keep burning back up the line.....what am i doin wrong.

If you want less smoke make sure you open the top vent wide open. A little more info about what your doing would also be helpful[:D]. About the pucks. The puck that is next in line to go on the burner plate as I understand it should have started to burn some so you have constant smoke. Welcome aboard.
