I was looking for something to put in the smoker, I came across two bags of precooked frozen meatballs. I fired up the smoker,(190)spread the meatballs out on the four tray, and put in smoker with six pucks of hickory. Pulled the meat balls out three hours later, put into BBQ sauce. Man, where they good. I took them to a party and even one raved how good they were. They were all eaten within two hours.
