I had Reuben sandwiches for dinner last night and I had left over sauerkraut. I made scrambled eggs with it and I topped it off with hot sauce.

Man I LOVE Reubens! I'm thinking of trying to make a reuben stromboli, one of these days.

Reminds me of a joke.......
Ensign in the German navy gets a distress call over the radio "Mayday, we are sinking!".
Ensign replies "Vat are u zinking about?" :D

BTW..I'm German heritage, thats why I can joke about it.
