Thanks, Habs, for this! We used our Canadian bacon and dipped it in cornmeal and fried it. What a great breakfast!

I agree, Peameal Bacon is really good. Its surprising how just cornmeal changes the flavor and texture.

I love peameal bacon I cross the peace bridge occasionally to Fort Erie Ontario to pick some up. I have not made any myself but its on the list.BFLO
