Title: Aging A Bottom Round Roast

We bought a bottom round roast last Sunday, 02/08. We vacuum-sealed it and put it in the 'fridge. How long can we let it rest in the 'fridge so that it is sufficiently aged and not spoiled? Thanks, Seemore ???
