Title: Hab's Canadian bacon
Post by: dproft on February 18, 2009, 06:10:34 AM
Hello all, just thought I'd pop back in and say hi while lurking.  Haven't said much in here, but figured I'd give thanks where thanks is due.  I tried out Habanero's recipe in here for Canadian bacon.  Finished smoking yesterday.  I just hope I can wait the other day to try it.  Anyways, thanks for the recipe.  This is what is sitting in my fridge now.

Yeah that waiting is tough... I usually sneak a slice or two for quality control.
