Title: a little pork action

did a little q for the lunch group at work,
first i marinade the chef

then show my rump :o

a little rub and some love from the inside.

then 4 hrs apple at 230 degrees and then ramp to 250 till 168 internal and off to ftc.

sorry no sliced pics the marinade got to me and i had to take a nap :D :D

My mom always said that proper preparation prevents pi$$ poor results.  I've been forgetting the all important first step.
