Title: Bacon wrapped Onion and Sage Stuffing
Post by: Kane on February 21, 2009, 11:09:06 AM
hey guys,

I have some guests coming over and I need to whip up something to munch on before dinner. Im gonna make up some Stuffing with mild sausage and wrap bite size pieces in bacon. I have done this before and cooked these lil kabobs on the grill.  Im thinkin this time Ill fire up the smoker and hit em with hickory and than finish on the grill.  Im thinkin 20 minutes of smoke is all Ill need for these. whatcha guys think?

That's a good plan, make sure that the Bradley is up to temp, and the smoke is rolling before you put them in. Sounds Delish!  :D
