Title: Turkey Jerky recipe needed

Ok so I love jerky but due to some personal problems I
can no longer eat beef or pork :'( but i can eat chicken
and  turkey so I am looking for  good recipe.

Now I have to figure out which one to make?
If have have time I might have to make

If you have time for only one I would do the Maple bourbon jerky in the first link Mike gave you.  It's really good.

I second Deb's endorsement of the Maple Bourbon Brine.  I used real Maple Syrup - so the recipe ain't cheap.  But, you won't be disappointed.
