??? Newbie here I have some con Yeager #31976 venison sausage seasoning Some #2638 smoked sausage seasoning and some #2102 cure. Am planning on making 20lbs of venison snack sticks on Monday have 15# venison 5# ground pork. Plan on mixing some hi temp cheese jalapenos and other spices to come up with about 4 different batches. My question is are these spices from con Yeager acceptable for what I want to do. If not I am open for suggestions have done a little sausage making befor but not like the pictures I see on different sights from all you masters out there
