Finished, I prefer my Jerky moist and chewy, not crunchy dry. four pounds reduced

I just love it when a batch of jerky looks like BACON! Good job, the colour is beautiful!

Jerky looks great. Good job.

Is the cigar a Punch or Partagas? I used to be a 10 cigar a day smoker. My fav are Arturo Fuente. My wife and doc said way too many smokes, so now i am down to 1 a month with a pipe smoke here and there but its done outside  :o

Nice jerky

(http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k298/Thegozzzz/cigarsmiley.gif)Great cigars. This is a Saint Luis Rey corona...Honduras. I smoke 2 to 3 cigars per week and always....always when smoking meat. They just go together.
