Just fiished my first smoke on my new OBS. The way it works,coupled with the tips and answers from forum users made it a true joy....I'm hooked! Can't wait for the next time. Here's a before and after pic of tonights dinner. Thanks to everyone who contributed...sorry there wasn't enough for everyone! (5# bottom round beef rubbed with "Magic Dust" ) A bit well done but delicious....I think a Maverick thermometer is in my future.(wanted to include pics but not sure how??)
