Title: bradley cures

has anyone tried the bradley cures and if so how are they and which one of their cures goes good with which kind of meats

I have used the bradley maple cure to make some back bacon and it turned out great (I think I might try it with chicken next). If you look on Bradley's main website I believe it gives some suggestions for using each type of cure.

I have 3 containers of the Bradley Maple cure and have been hesitant to use them. If there is more positive feedback, time to open them!

I have used the maple cure. Its pretty decent.
